• Leading development of a Natural Language Query Interface (NLQI) for the PCMA product using Agentic AI architectures — autonomously converts natural language to SQL, connects to GCP BigQuery, and renders interactive visualizations.
• Optimized the agentic architecture using LangGraph with supervisor and orchestrator agents to better parse natural language inputs and reduce LLM hallucinations.

Scarborough Newcomer Settlement Collective (SNSC)

• Led data management for SNSC project with CCS. Orchestrated survey data extraction, cleaning, and filtering for accuracy.
• Developed PowerBI and Tableau dashboards visualizing Statistics Canada Employment data, illustrating challenges of Toronto newcomers.
• Created impactful RStudio visualizations to communicate trends in newcomer and immigrant needs for stakeholders.

Service Delivery Data Hub (SDDH)

• Established standardized QA procedures to ensure data accuracy and integrity in the NIC platform.

• Modelled likelihood of a student accepting a university offer using logistic regression on ~25 attributes with stepwise backward subset selection to minimize cross-validation MSE.

The BRIDGE Finance Lab
